Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese:	O artigo discute as implicações, no Ceará, do telensino. Sistema multimeio de ensino regular fundamental de 5° a 8° séries que tem na televisão o componente responsável pela transmissão do conteúdo curricular e sua atividade pedagógica, de natureza polivalente, gerenciada por um profissional da educação concebido como um orientador de aprendizagem.
Abstract:	The article discusses the implications, in Ceará, the teleteaching. Multimeans system of fundamental teaching from the 5th to 8th grades which has on television the curricular component responsible for the transmission of the curricular content and pedagogical activity, of polivalent feature, managed by na education professional conceived as a learning counselor.
