| Resumo: | Esse trabalho é um diálogo entre o Direito e a literatura da Lygia Fagundes Telles tendo como foco central a mulher. Durante grande parte da história, foi uma figura esquecida e submissa aos homens, mas, atualmente, a mulher vem obtendo grande enfoque e seus direitos sendo reconhecidos. Para realizar essa monografia, tomamos como ponto de partida a narrativa de ficção da Lygia, ou seja, usamos da literatura dessa autora para compreendermos o papel da mulher na sociedade, suas lutas, vitórias e questionamentos para verificarmos a relação da mulher com a sociedade e o direito. Busca-se entender como as personagens principais femininas, Lorena, Lia, Ana Clara, Tatisa, Lu e as universitárias são uma demonstração das figuras femininas da sociedade e como elas e seus direitos devem ser reconhecidos e garantidos pelos aplicadores do direito para se ter uma igualdade entre homens e mulheres e como isso ainda é bastante falho no país. |
| Abstract: | This paper it is a dialogue between Law and the literature of Lygia Fagundes Telles with the central focus on women. For much of history she was a forgotten and submissive figure to men, but, nowadays, women are getting great focus and their rights are being recognized. To write this monograph we take Lygia's fiction narrative as a starting point, that is, we use the literature of this author to understand the role of women in society, their struggles, victories and questions to verify the relationship of women with both society and the law. The aim is to understand to understand how the main female characters, Lorena, Lia, Ana Clara, Tatisa, Lu and the university students are a demonstration of society's female figures and how they and their rights must be recognized and guaranteed by law enforcers in order to have an equality between men and women and how this is still very flawed in the country. |
