Da arte da política a política da educação: intelectuais, professores e estudantes artistas - universidades, sociabilidades e experiências culturais (1955-1966)

Abstract

The present work aims to understand the relationship between schools and culturalpolitical movements involving intellectuals, teachers and students, linking art and education in the 60s and 70s of last century, in Ceará and Brazil. Part of the historiography on the subject and the memories of students and teachers to understand the individual and collective journeys that led them to have a close involvement with cultural experiences raised by CPC. Show artistic creation spaces where such experiments was happening involving homes, parents, relatives and friends, schools and colleges, the Ceará University and its cultural facilities to perform in music festivals, records, film discussions, sketches as well as public squares in the theatrical presentation, musical and visual arts in an attempt to popularize and educate the people. Attempt to understand the origins of artistic and cultural expressions and its representations in memory places of the city.
