Fatores intervenientes da violência e agressividade no comportamento do Policial Militar Cearense: um estudo de caso no presídio militar.

Abstract

This monographic study deals with the theme "Factors involved in violence and aggressive behavior in the military police Ceará: a case study in military prison." It aims to understand the overall vision of the military police on the grounds that they caused him to suffer disciplinary or judicial sanctions. The specific objectives are to: 1. Present the Military Police of Ceará in their legal and human. 2. Discuss the process of formation of the military police. 3. Check whether factors such as family, promotion, wages, among other organizational culture influence the behavior of the military police, making it an aggressive man. The subject were incarcerated at the Prison military police of Ceará because commission of any delict. The study was divided into two parts. The first addresses the theoretical question, formed by the group of authors who dealt with the theme. The second is the field research that continued contact with the research subjects. In the theoretical issues were brought to the fore as the origin and doctrine of the Brazilian military police. Also presented was the Military Police of Ceará and its cultural organizations. It is concluded that the military police state which has committed misconduct, specifically crime, repent of what he did, blame the corporation and superiors for his mistake and seek God after joining the military prison system. It was suggested, as a re-evaluation of management now in place by officials PMCE, studies of police career, enabling Access to higher grades and more space for events in which ecumenical talk more about God,family and social conduct .
