Avaliação do impacto de intervenções financiadas pelo Programa Pró-cidades (BID) no município de Toledo (PR): ações no campo educacional

Abstract

This study presents a process of evaluation of public policies implemented with the support of the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) in the city of Toledo, state Paraná. It was adopted the methodological integration between quantitative and qualitative techniques using:probabilistic sample survey research, administrative records and focus groups. Methodologically the integration was crucial for a qualitative deeper understanding of the quantitative analyzes also helped to point out directions for the investigation and to clarify situations where the data seemed inconsistent.
