| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | Este memorial descreve a etapa de desenvolvimento criativo e desenho de produção do curta-metragem “Azul da Cor do Mar”, roteirizado e dirigido por Helen Désireé Silva Santos, durante sua fase de pré-produção, desde a conceituação até a elaboração do plano de filmagem. O curta-metragem explora os gêneros de ficção e fantasia e será produzido em outubro de 2025 no território da Barra do Ceará, com recursos da Política Nacional Aldir Blanc, Lei 14.399/2022, através do Edital LGBTQIA + da Secretaria de Cultura de Fortaleza. |
| Abstract: | This memorial describes the stage of creative development and production design of the short film “Azul da Cor do Mar”, written and directed by Helen Désireé Silva Santos, during its pre-production phase, from conceptualization to the elaboration of the shooting plan. The short film explores the genres of fiction and fantasy and will be produced in October 2025 in the territory of Barra do Ceará, with resources from the with resources from the Aldir Blanc National Policy, Law No. 14,399/2022, through the LGBTQIA+ Call for Proposals by thE Fortaleza Department of Culture. |
