Compreensões psicológicas dos casos de depressão pós parto atendidos no serviço de psicologia aplicada da UFC Sobral.

Abstract

Postpartum depression is a type of impairment that affects a significant number of women in the first few weeks of postpartum. Research shows that about 25% of women in the puerperium present symptoms similar to those in postpartum depression. (THEME, et al., 2012). Others point out that the profile that appears most in psychological care is that of women with depression in the adult phase (MARAVIESKI; SERRALTA (2011) apud by Rodrigues et al. (P.1599, 2015). of postpartum depression attended at the psychology service of the Federal University of Ceará Sobral. The study was done with the documents of the users with postpartum depression that were already attended in the service from 2012 to 2017. An exploratory descriptive research of the qualitative approach, using documentary analysis as a research method.The field collection took place during the year 2017, after authorization of the research by the institution.The instrument used for data collection was a structured questionnaire, developed with two approaches The first one related to the socio-demographic aspects of the participants, the second was about the clinical aspects. interpreted by the discourse analysis technique. The research was carried out within the concepts of Resolution No. 510 of April 7, 2016, of the National Health Council (CNS). With these methods, it was possible to find a total of 4 charts of women with complaints of depression related to postpartum. With the interpretative analysis of the results, the emergence of the sense nuclei was identified with a macro category that was subdivided into three strong statements. The macro category found relates to how psychology comprises the cases of PPD seen in the SPA. The three sense nuclei generated from this macro category were: (1) the interventions used by psychology, (2) the interpretation of how the psychology comprises the woman with PPD, being the perception of a female figure failed, blamed, inferior, submissive and with an ideal model of mother and woman to follow. The last element pointed out was the oppressive figure of a father who appears in the relationship with these women, whether they are figures constructed from a correlation that places this female figure in a place of submission, either because of a macho culture that puts the figure of the man in a place of domination before the female figure.
