Trabalho, educação e práxis: relações e distinções ontológicas em torno do ofício de professor

Abstract

This article aims to explain, from a Marxian perspective, how the categories "Work", "Education" and "Praxis" differ and are, at the same time, ontologically dependent on one another. In this sense, it should be emphasized that the founding complex of the social being is work, and education is for it a complex founded as a synonym of praxis, whose office of teacher consists of one of its types. This activity is situated here as the protagonist mediation of our examination, which privileged to anchor the literature review in the theoretical, historical and philosophical framework of the Marxian-Lukacsian ontology as a theoretical-methodological perspective of research. Our theoretical framework encompasses, in addition to Marx, especially Vásquez (2011), in order to reflect particularly on the concept of praxis in the context of the work-education relationship; and Lessa (2012), which captures the ontological relationships between work and social reproduction.
