| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | O presente estudo apresenta a importância do instituto da Conciliação na pacificação dos conflitos de interesses, à medida que defende sua utilização de maneira reiterada pelos Tribunais de Justiça do Brasil, de maneira especial, a egrégia corte cearense. A relevância do tema escolhido é enfatizada paulatinamente, visto que a adoção desta célere e econômica via alternativa à decisão impositiva estatal, traz em seu bojo diversas vantagens tanto para os interessados, quanto para o Poder Judiciário, beneficiando assim, a sociedade como um todo. |
| Abstract: | The present study presents the importance of the institute of the Conciliation in the pacification of the conflicts of interests, while it defends its use of reiterated way by the Courts of Justice of Brazil, by special way, the distinguished court of Ceará. The relevance of the chosen subject is gradually emphasized, when the adoption of this fast and economical alternative way to the impositive state decision, brings in its bulge several advantages so much to the interested ones, how much it to Judiciary, benefiting so, the society as a whole. |
