Trabalho em domicílio e teletrabalho: comparação e análise na perspectiva da legislação trabalhista brasileira

Abstract

The main objective of this monograph is comprehend the work at domicile and the telejob, recent labour figures, which are on the increase and come stabilizing as a job market tendency. Furthermore, another objective is to analyse this figures under the perspective of the brazilian labour law. The specific objectives are: a comparison between the work at domicile and the telejob; their appearance and incidence; the concretion of the labour link which conects employer and employee, the Labour Justice vision about this link and a larger explanation about the telejob. Consults to the Labour and Employment Ministry bodies have been undertaken for a better comprehension of its role before the expansion of these new labour species.
