| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | O presente trabalho focaliza o impacto causado pela cobrança de contribuição previdenciária do servidor público inativo. Optando pela pesquisa cientifica, busca discutir alguns direitos violados com a instituição das emendas constitucionais de nº 20, de 1998 e 41, de 2003. Enfatiza a relevância que tais medidas trouxeram para a vida do servidor inativo, no intuito de defender os princípios básicos fundamentais garantidos pela Constituição Federal de 1988. Apresenta os resultados obtidos com a aplicação sistemática dos preceitos garantidores dos direitos e garantias individuais defendidos pela Carta Maior. |
| Abstract: | The present work It focuses the impact caused for the collection of previdenciária contribution of inactive the public server. Opting to the cientifica research, it searchs to argue some rights violated with the institution of the emendations constitutional of nº 20, 1998 and 41, 2003. It emphasizes the relevance that such measures had brought for the life of the inactive server, in intention to defend the basic basic principles guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988. It presents the results gotten with the systematic application of the warranting rules of the rights and individual guarantees defended by the Letter Biggest. |
