| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | O presente trabalho monográfico busca ressaltar a importância do instituto do processo coletivo como meio eficaz de acesso à justiça, visando atender à demanda pelos direitos difusos, coletivos e individuais homogêneos, mas não sem antes tecer considerações acerca da evolução do processo civil e demonstrar a relevância dos estudos referentes ao acesso à justiça, como forma de adaptar a processualística cível à modernidade, dentro dos ensinamentos da corrente do instrumentalismo processual. |
| Abstract: | This study search to stand out the importance of the institute of the group litigation as a efficient way to access to justice, being aimed to take care of the demand for collectives rights, but without before weaving commentaries concerning the evolution of civil litigation and demonstrating the relevance of the studies of the access to justice, as a form to adapt the civil litigation to modernity, inside the teachings of the instrumental stage of the process. |
