| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | Reconhecer o papel da educação na formação de cidadãos é consagrar no exercício profissional e na responsabilidade social da vida em comunidade pautada a defesa de um processo em sintonia com a tendência de inúmeros instrumentos internacionais que priorizam o debate acerca da Educação em Direitos Humanos. Mais do que isso, a inserção da Educação em Direitos Humanos na pauta das atividades Educacionais, notadamente, no ensino superior atende ao que dispõe o Plano Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos-PNEDH como mecanismo de proteção e alívio para as injustiças, exclusão social, discriminação e todas as formas de opressão. O tema da presente pesquisa é a Educação em Direitos Humanos na Educação Superior, sendo, portanto objeto manifestado no PNEDH e nas diretrizes do Conselho Nacional de Educação- CNE. Nessa linha de raciocínio, o objetivo geral é analisar o processo de Implementação da educação em direitos humanos como campo de saberes e práticas educativas no ensino superior do IFPI- Campus Piripiri após o PNEDH. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como um estudo de caso, envolvendo uma revisão de literatura e documentos, com abordagem descritiva, quanti-qualitativa, com aplicação de questionários e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os resultados obtidos revelam que a Implementação da Educação em Direitos Humanos na instituição contribuirá para ações que visam priorizar a dignidade, a solidariedade, o respeito e a abolição de todas as formas de discriminação, preconceito e opressão por apresentar uma coerência das finalidades dispostas no Estatuto com as diretrizes previstas no PNEDH e na Resolução do CNE nº 1, de 30 de maio de 2012. Ademais, atestou- se que a inserção dos conhecimentos relacionados à Educação em Direitos Humanos nos PPC´s dos cursos no Ensino Superior pesquisados está em consonância com a missão e finalidades previstas no PDI instituição, uma vez que visam promover a aprendizagem voltada para o respeito à diversidade e a promoção do debate entre a comunidade acadêmica e demais segmentos sociais. No que se refere à percepção dos discentes e docentes foi possível concluir avaliação positiva da percepção dos alunos do ensino superior sobre a Educação em Direitos Humanos, uma vez que demonstraram entendimento da temática apresentada com opiniões pautadas no respeito, bem como na maior tolerância, no interesse pela discussão do tema no espaço acadêmico, e principalmente pelo reconhecimento da Instituição na formação crítica que permite a mudança de pensamentos e atitudes para compreensão da igualdade e garantia de direitos. |
| Abstract: | Recognize the role of education in shaping citizens is enshrined in professional practice and social responsibility of life guided community the defense of a process in line with the trend of numerous international instruments that prioritize the debate on the Human rights Education. More than that, the Education insertion on Human Rights on the agenda of educational activities, especially in higher education caters to the disposal of the National Plan of Education in Human-PNEDH Rights as a mechanism of protection and relief to injustice, social exclusion, discrimination and all forms of oppression. The theme of this research deals with the Human Rights Education in Higher Education, is therefore manifest object in PNEDH and the guidelines of the National Board of Education- CNE. The research aims to analyze the implementation process of education in human rights as a field of knowledge and educational practices in higher education IFPI- Campus Piripiri after PNEDH. Research can be defined as a case study involving a bibliographical and documentary research, with descriptive approach, quantitative and qualitative, with questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The results show that the implementation of human rights education in the institution will contribute to actions that aim to prioritize the dignity, solidarity, respect and abolition of all forms of discrimination, prejudice and ppression by presenting a coherence of the objectives set out in the Statute with the guidelines provided for in PNEDH and CNE Resolution No. 1 of May 30, 2012. It was also confirmed that the insertion of the knowledge related to human rights education in the PPCs of the courses in Higher Education surveyed is in line with the mission and intended purposes in the PDI institution, since they aim to promote learning focused on respect for diversity and the promotion of debate between the academic community and other social segments. With regard to the perception of the students and teachers, it was possible to conclude a positive evaluation of the students' perception of human rights education, since they demonstrated an understanding of the subject presented with opinions based on respect, as well as greater tolerance, in the interest of the discussion of the theme in the academic space, and mainly by the recognition of the Institution in the critical formation that allows the change of thoughts and attitudes for understanding the equality and guarantee of rights. |
