| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | O presente artigo analisa o processo administrativo fiscal no âmbito do governo federal fazendo um paralelo entre o Decreto n. 70.235/72 e a Lei n. 9.784/99. O objetivo maior deste estudo é destacar os princípios basilares do processo administrativo fiscal e demonstrar a sua instrumentalidade na defesa dos cidadãos-contribuintes. |
| Abstract: | This article analyse the taxes administrative process in the federal system, making a parallel between the rules: Decreto n. 70.235/72 and Lei n. 9.784/99. The object of this study is to demonstrate the importance of the principles of the taxes administrative process and to show how to use this to protect tax payers. |
