Aponta as filosofias de Buber, Nielzsche e Merleau-Ponty como possibilidades de fundamentação para as psicoterapias humanistas. Descreve as afinidades da teoria Rogeriana e da Gestalt-terapia com a fenomenologia e o Existencialismo. |
| Abstract: | This paper discusses the philosophical frame for humanistic psychotherapies beginning with the criticism made about the inconsistency of these theories. It presents the philosophies of Buber, Nietzsche and Merleau-Ponty as possible fundations for humanistic psychotherapy, and describes the relationship of Rogerian theory and Gestalt therapy with Phenomenology and Existentialism. |
