| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | Com a finalidade de garantir conforto e segurança para usuários de uma edificação, bem como sua durabilidade (vida útil de projeto), faz-se imprescindível nesse contexto a realização de um laudo de inspeção predial, com objetivo de avaliar e identificar as condições do imóvel e, caso encontrado anomalias e falhas, sugerir recomendações técnicas para saná-las. A partir disso, este trabalho consiste na inspeção predial de uma Casa de Veraneio em Beberibe-CE, localizada próxima ao mar, está sujeita a certa agressividade ambiental que periodicamente exige manutenções corretivas e preventivas de seus sistemas construtivos. Desse modo, o presente laudo sugere recomendações técnicas e as elenca conforme suas prioridades seguindo critérios da literatura e de normas técnicas. |
| Abstract: | In order to ensure comfort and safety for users of a building, as well as its durability (project life), it is essential in this context to carry out a building inspection report, in order to evaluate and identify the conditions of the property. and, if anomalies and failures are found, suggest technical recommendations to remedy them. Based on this, this work consists of the building inspection of a Summer House in Beberibe-CE, located near the sea and subject to an environment with some environmental aggressiveness that periodically requires corrective and preventive maintenance of its construction systems. Thus, this report suggests technical recommendations and lists them according to their priorities, following criteria from the literature and technical standards. |
