Ferramentas subjetivas em uma metodologia socioeducativa para a formação de trabalhadores

Abstract

In the present context, a dynamics in the capitalist relations of production is perceived, directed to the requests of the work market, without attempting to the human needs of the workers. In this way, the present study is geared towards the debate around the formation of the human being, presenting data from an inquiry conducted with workers, by means of the (Con)text Method of Multiple Lietarcies (MC), a method which was awarded the Prize ILÍMITA 2005 of Promotion to the Reading in Latin America and the Caribbean . The MC is a psychoeducational approach to human development, that by means of the multiple ways of expression of the word, aims at revealing the subjective potential of the individuals. The inquiry had as its goals to verify the repercussions of the use of this Method in the human development of workers of a large national organization. It was a qualitative etnographic inquiry, which used as instruments for data collection, participant observation, reflexive and semi-structured interviews. Eight weekly meetings in a period of two months with the group of workers was researched. It was verified that the workers, members of the group, shared their subjective tools, finding a space safe to be disclosed, contemplating the diversified mode of expressions of human beings. In this way, the present study aimed at contributing to the construction of a proposal for psychoeducational training of human develoment for workers.
