Os dêiticos nos termos de depoimentos

Abstract

In this research, we aim at offering a general view of the relation between speech and writing and its reflection in thelegal genre, more specifically when the defendant discourse is reformulated by the competent authority, originating, thus, a writtentext known as Statement Term. We will be dealing with the functioning and the classification of the deictic in the process oftransmutation from speech into writing in this genre. The corpus consists of spoken texts, which are being transcribed accordingto norms of project NELFE, at UFPE. The spoken texts will be compared with the written version of the statements, extracted fromthe corpus of the integrated project “Gêneros textuais e referenciação”, under development at UFC.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: formas dêiticas; termos de depoimento; oralidade-escrita.
