Abstract: The study was conducted at Lajedo of the Rosary, located in the municipality of Felipe Guerra (RN), where there are natural cavities developed in the limestone of the Cretaceous Formation Jandaíra belonging to Potiguar, with an area of research equivalent of 1,44 Km2 whose activity was to investigate the influence of structures in the development and control of Swiss cave Complex. The studies were initially carried out by means of imaging satellites, seeking to filter the main regional structures that dominate the area of research, consisting in preparing a contour map. In another step, the structures were mapped on the surface of the flooring of the Rosary, obtaining the following information: persistence, spatial orientation and openness, then represented by diagrams of rosettes and evaluated according to statistical methods. It was also established, the Swiss espeleometria cave Complex in order to obtain the orientation of the structures of endokarst and correlate with fractures exocarste, and acquire a more detailed result of the development system of ducts, galleries and speleothems. It was seen then, from what was obtained by the analysis of structural lineaments, there are four preferred orientations occurring in the search: Fl (NS), F2 (EW), F3 (NE-SW) and F4 (NW-SE). These structures, observed by satellite images, as well as those obtained by mapping detail, F3 classified the fractures as more continuous character, and strong relationship in conditioning the development of galleries and passages of the cave Complex Swiss. The research system also consisted of a petrographic study of the leveis that cross the package inside the rocky Swiss Complex, Where it was possible to obtain a possible explanation regarding the changes of karst features along the vertical section of the cave. The results show that the package in the rocky sections I, II and V related to secondary porosity type vug and mouldic (non-tectonic origin) supported by aloquimicos grains, does not induce significant in the evolution of karst features, while sections III and VI in the rock carbonate appears more vulnerable to dissolution, because it is a pure limestone.
