Abstract

Initially, we have to highlight that this work will not deal only with tha law science, but also with sociology, history, filosophy and som of the medicine. It is necessary, because this work deal with the controversial social question of the legalization of the abortion in the case of anenceplhalyc fetus. Also Exposes the abortion while a social phenomenal and his juridics efects and consequences. At least, emphasizes the fundamental rights, specialy the Dignity of the Human Person, and how this is directly rellationed with those rights and with the problem of the anencephaly fetus and the interruption of the pregnancy.
