| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | A LER (lesão por esforço repetitivo) é uma doença ocupacional que tem atingido o mundo do trabalho, em especial, o setor de serviços, destacandose o call center, em proporções epidêmicas. Estudos apontam que as transformações ocorridas no trabalho trouxeram prejuízos para a saúde do trabalhador, na qual a LER/DORT merece destaque. |
| Abstract: | The CTD (Cumulative Trauma Disorders) are a work illness that had affected the business world, mainly, the service sector, bringing out call center, in epidemical proportions. Researches shows that transformations occurred on the work bring damage for the work heath, in which CTD it needs prominence. |
