Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | Este estudo de caso aborda o processo de rebranding da Florinda, sendo seu objetivo principal compreender e analisar o caminho percorrido pela marca para chegar a sua nova identidade. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa qualitativa, em que foram feitas análises documentais e bibliográficas em livros, artigos, revistas e catálogos, além de entrevistas sobre marketing e moda para embasar o estudo das estratégias adotadas pela Florinda. Para tal fim, fez-se necessário conhecer a história da Florinda, entender o que é marketing de moda e reposicionamento de marca ou rebranding, analisar o planejamento e execução das novas estratégias de marketing da Florinda e avaliar se os resultados pretendidos através do reposicionamento foram alcançados. |
Abstract: | This case study assesses the rebranding process of Florinda, having as main goal the comprehension and analysis of the path followed by the brand to assume its new identity. The methodology used was qualitative research, in which documentary and bibliographical analysis were made in books, articles, magazines and catalogs, as well as interviews on marketing and fashion to support the study of strategies adopted by Florinda. In order to do this it was necessary to know the history of Florinda, understand what fashion marketing and brand relocating or rebranding stand for, analyse the planning and execution of Florinda’s new marketing strategies and evaluate if the aimed results through the reposioning were reached. |
