| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | A inspeção predial é muito importante para a avaliação do estado do edifício, pois com essa inspeção adequada consegue-se diagnosticar problemas futuros, evitando acidentes e possíveis mortes no entorno do prédio. O local escolhido para fazer a inspeção foi o Bloco I da Faculdade de Economia, Administração, Atuária e Contabilidade da Universidade Federal do Ceará localizado na Avenida da Universidade em Fortaleza, pois, além de ser um prédio histórico, é um local onde existe a presença de vários alunos e servidores constantemente. Dessa forma, a inspeção predial foi orientada pela norma NBR 16747 e pelas classificações do IBAPE que auxiliaram no estudo do projeto. |
| Abstract: | The building inspection is very important for the evaluation of the state of the building, because with this proper inspection it is possible to diagnose future problems, avoiding accidents and possible deaths in the surroundings of the building. The place chosen to carry out the inspection was Block I of the Faculty of Economics, Administration, Actuarial and Accounting of the Federal University of Ceará located on Avenida da Universidade in Fortaleza, because, in addition to being a historic building, it is a place where there is a presence of several students and servers constantly. In this way, the building inspection was guided by the NBR 16747 standard and by the IBAPE classifications that helped in the study of the project. |
