Abstract

It is expected of all works of art created by human beings over the years, in addition to this, for these same goods, there is a useful life instruction, which is the determined time for something to operate in its fullness and integrity. Forcivil constructions, the means of maintaining and extending the useful life of these creations or even attesting to their functionality, inclusion and safety were defined. Thus, the need for the pre-dial occurs. During the use of buildings, it is common for the appearance of pathological manifestations that may arise from the project, construction or use of the same, and these pathologies must be remedied and even prevented periodically through qualified methods and professionals qualified to deal technically with the situation. Building authentication is the technical means of identifying, listing,and proposing a remedial measure for each existing non-compliance. Based on the Technical Inspection Report, the property can be regularized with public institutions that define its obligation in their municipal laws, as for example occurs in the municipality of Fortaleza with Municipal Law No. 9913. Given this, the present work aims to evaluate the conditions of the building of the Teatro Universitário Paschoal Carlos Magno with the result of the Land Inspection Report.
