Roteirizando o Blwarh: da websérie ao filme

Abstract

This work describes the scripting process of the stop motion animated short film “BLWARH: Navegando no Deserto” which has its origin in “BLWARH” web series. There is a first moment of presentation about the concept of serial narrative, encompassing animated series and the meaning of web series to understand the model used in “BLWARH”; the scripting process of the series that is important to comprehend the changes made for the film. The history of animation and its techniques are also presented, conceptualizing the stop motion technique used in the project. To conclude, there is the writing process of the film's script, with the first ideas for the creation of the story, the new informations added to the original universe, the changes occurred during the writing and filming period and the singularities of an animated work’s scripting process.
