| Abstract: | Methodological issues in connection with wastage of building resources are discussed in this paper. A method that is being developed by the authors in throughly described, using lean construction concepts. A flowchart is depicted graphically introducing the various steps in the new methodology. Advantages and disadvantages of this new approach are addressed, together with a review on the classification of wastes. |
