| Abstract: | New housing’s paradigm refers conceptually, neither as a single nor as a restricted physical space, but as a harmonious interaction of three-dimensional character, as shelter, access and tenure. The purpose of the study is to develop deeper knowledge about relationships between behaviour and the environmental qualities. It focus on the identification of user needs, habitability and performance evaluation of pensions in Ijuí, RS. Ijuí is a universitary’s city whith 80.000 inhabitants. |
