As políticas de voucher educacional e charter school: vantagens e desvantagens e propostas para o Brasil

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of education voucher policies, charter school, and to suggest actions for Brazil. The research is qualitative, and is exploratory in nature out, adopting both policies and the functioning of each of them. We did a survey of the countries which have adopted both policies and how it worked out. It was also investigated according to the results of the policies in each case, the positive and negative aspects of the educational system. In the Brazilian case, through inefficiencies, there are proposed changes on the implementation of the education voucher and charter school policies. The research brings together some corrective proposals, so that the models become more efficient, and better results in education can be observed.
