Língua bruta: escuta às vozes na vibração da carne

Abstract

This research is dedicated to excavation movements of the body in search for vocal sounds manifestations that characterize a pre-semantic state of language. The investigation takes the body as a phonic space and material of experience to present methodologies and poetic agencies that lead the voice and the word to an exploration of language in its raw state. In its dissertation flow, the research exposes a text woven into the articulation of the thought-body-experience triad, weaving a reading between writing, listening and compositional gestures that move between processes of creation and artistic work based on reports of the scene, the rehearsal room, the studio and other experiences that mark transdisciplinary artistic practices. With a trajectory that concentrates productions carried out between 2014 and 2022, part of the investigation presents works created in the languages of theater, music and sound art, such as the works: Diga que você está de acordo! MÁQUINAFATZER (2014), Nossos Mortos (2018), Escaravelho (2019) and Lacrimal (2022). It also takes into consideration actions developed during the master's degree, such as laboratory training and artistic dialogues of the Língua e Rumor project.
