This work presents the development of the Astro management system, a tool designed to optimize the management of activities related to extension activities at Federal University of Ceará (UFC) - Russas Campus. The main objective was to create a system that meets the needs of the coordinators of these actions, offering an intuitive interface and functionalities that facilitate the organization and monitoring of the activities performed. In addition, the system provides an interface for extension action members, allowing them to report their progress and contributing to more efficient management by the coordinator. For the development of Astro, an agile Software Engineering methodology was adopted, ensuring flexibility regarding changes that may occur throughout the project. The process included requirements gathering through interviews with coordinators, system modeling, and implementation using web technologies. The results indicate that the Astro system effectively met the identified demands, enabling more efficient and structured management of extension actions. Furthermore, the possibility of future improvements was identified, including a more in-depth usability analysis, broader user testing, and integration with Integrated System for Academic Activities Management (SIGAA) to facilitate data migration and optimize report generation. The system demonstrates great potential for expansion into other areas of academic and institutional management, extending its functionalities to serve other sectors that require efficient activity management. Adapting the system to new contexts, such as research project management and academic monitoring, could make it an even more comprehensive and valuable tool within the university environment, beyond the extension field.pt_BR
