Abordagem geo-histórica sobre as primeiras ocupações litorâneas de Fortaleza-CE

Abstract

These paper deals with the relationship between the spatial formation of the coast of Fortaleza-CE and the formation of the firsts strongs, which will drive its occupation. Sought with the study of cartographic images, comparing and contrasting with photographic records, and other documentary sources, in order to understand how was the process of occupation of the coastal zone fortalezense. Therefore, we surveyed the major iconographic Forts built / idealized in Fortaleza between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
