| dc.description.abstract | Chatbots are web or mobile interfaces that allow the user to ask questions and retrieve information using natural language. Chatbots can be very useful as when used to automate some conversations between users. They can be used in several domains including education services. This work aims to save time and energy of an undergraduate course administrative staff by automating the answers to frequent questions.
