| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | Este artigo aborda a problemática dos gêneros a partir de uma visão discursiva. Tem por objetivo apresentar uma discussão teórica sobre a análise de gêneros com base nas contribuições da Teoria Semiolinguística do Discurso, desenvolvida por Patrick Charaudeau. Trata-se de uma problemática complexa, que envolve a relação entre o espaço social – o espaço de restrições determinadas por um contrato comunicativo – e o espaço linguageiro – o espaço de escolhas dos sujeitos para usar certas estratégias discursivas. Por essa ótica, a análise de um gênero discursivo perpassa três níveis: o nível situacional, o nível das restrições discursivas e o nível da configuração textual, todos eles interligados. |
| Abstract: | This article discusses the problem of genres from a discursive vision. It aims to present a theoretical discussion of the genre analysis based on contributions of Semiolinguistics Theory of Speech, developed by Patrick Charaudeau. This is a complex problem, which involves the relationship between the social space - the space of certain restrictions by a communicative contract - and language space - the space of choices of individuals to use certain discursive strategies. On this view, the analysis of a discursive genre runs through three levels: the situational level, the level of discursive constraints and the level of textual configuration, all of them interconnected. |
