| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo (re)discutir as noções de coerência e de coesão que não dependam exclusivamente de propriedades inerentes à organização dos elementos no cotexto, mas, sim, de um contexto sociocultural mais amplo, o que inclui uma série de atividades interpretativas dos coenunciadores. Para isso, inicialmente, apresentaremos os conceitos de linguagem, de língua, de texto e de textualidade a partir da visão sociointeracionista (KOCH, 2009b; GARANTIZADO JÚNIOR, 2011; CAVALCANTE, 2011). (Re)discutimos os critérios de coerência e coesão propostos por vários teóricos da Linguística de Texto (HALLIDAY; HASAN, 1976; BEAUGRANDE; DRESSLER, 1981; CHAROLLES, 1978; COSTA VAL, 2006), destacando a maneira como todas as abordagens entenderam tais fenômenos para, em seguida, confrontarmo-las com a perspectiva teórica apresentada por Cavalcante (2011) e sustentada por nós (GARANTIZADO JÚNIOR, 2011). Metodologicamente, nossa pesquisa será documental, pois analisaremos vários textos que circularam em diversificadas mídias sociais. Os resultados apontam que a coesão não está relacionada apenas ao que é de natureza interna do texto (aos mecanismos interiores do texto que, em outras pesquisas, seriam atribuídas somente à coesão e à “coerência” semântica), mas, sim, também a fatores de natureza pragmática, cognitiva e sociointeracional. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to (re)discuss the notions of coherence and cohesion which are not exclusively properties inherent in the organization of the elements in the co-text, but rather a broader sociocultural context, which includes a number of interpretive activities of coenunciadores. For this, first, we present the language concepts, language, text and textuality from sociointeractionist vision (KOCH, 2009b; GARANTIZADO JÚNIOR, 2011; CAVALCANTE, 2011). (Re)discuss the coherence and cohesion criteria proposed by several Text Linguistic theorists (HALLIDAY, HASAN, 1976; BEAUGRANDE; DRESSLER 1981; CHAROLLES 1978, COSTA VAL, 2006), highlighting how all approaches understood such phenomena to then confrontarmo them with the theoretical perspective by Cavalcante (2011) and supported by us (GARANTIZADO JÚNIOR, 2011). Methodologically, our research will document, as we analyze various texts that circulated in diverse social media. The results indicates that the cohesion is not only related to what is text within (the inboard text mechanisms, in other research, would only be allocated to cohesion and “coherence” semantics), but rather also the factors pragmatic, cognitive and sociointeractional nature. |
