Assédio moral, trabalho e saúde: revisão integrativa da produção brasileira.

Abstract

The present work deals with an integrative review with the objective of analyzing the scientific production on moral harassment, the work environment and the health of the worker. In the period of October 2017 a research was carried out in the database of SciELO and LILACS in search of scientific productions. The descriptors used were bullying, work and health, with joints: bullying and work, bullying and health, in which 618 publications were found. After the investigation of the inclusion and exclusion criteria previously established, 19 articles were separated and analyzed. The results illustrate that it is important to initially understand what is bullying, how it is configured and presented in the face of hostile attitudes, such as occurs in the workplace and management deals with events of the phenomenon, and how it affects the health of the harassed worker. It is believed that this study is an opportunity to discuss and expand knowledge about the subject, bringing ideas to new research on the subject, not exhausting the theme and opening up for future research
