Idealismo da infinitude hegeliana e fetichismo da finitude marxiana

Abstract

The categories of finitude and infinity are made explicit in Hegel's Science of Logic. Between the two categories emerges a contradiction that leads to the logical movement of Being, Essence and Concept. The finite becomes infinite by the mediation of the real and the idea. Philosophy is this process of presentation of the immediate abstract finitude to concrete mediate infinity. There is a productive debate between the Hegelian dialectic and the Marxian interpretation of the contradiction of finitude and infinitude. This is the problem we will address, beginning with the idealism of Hegelian infinitude, and then dealing with the theory of Marxian fetishism. These two themes will be exposed through the structuring of texts of the two authors and interpretation according to the purpose of the research. The result is a relevant debate for the methodological approach between Hegel and Marx.
