| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | O trabalho é uma atividade humana carregada de significado. Na contemporaneidade o exercício da profissão de enfermagem tem sido constantemente associado ao sofrimento, adoecimento, ausência de sentido e, contraditoriamente, satisfação de vida. Contudo, percebe-se a importância em avaliar e se aprofundar na questão da saúde desse profissional e sua visão das suas atividades laborais. Desse modo, objetivou-se analisar a produção científica a respeito do sentido do trabalho da enfermagem à luz da Logoterapia. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, que busca reunir e sistematizar os resultados de uma pesquisa sobre determinada temática. A amostra foi composta por 7 artigos, selecionados nas bases de dados MEDLINE/PubMed; CINAHL; SciVerse Scopus; Web of Science e BVS/BIREME, a partir do cruzamento dos descritores enfermeiros, trabalho e psicoterapia, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. A produção científica utilizada na pesquisa nos mostra um alto índice de adoecimento nos enfermeiros. O exercício da profissão constantemente vem desencadeando sofrimento nesses trabalhadores. Por outro lado, essa vivência foi relacionada à satisfação e ao crescimento pessoal. Intervenções terapêuticas se mostram benéficas na construção de um significado para o sofrimento e potencialização da satisfação do profissional. |
| Abstract: | Work is a human tool loaded with meaning. Nowadays, nursing has been constantly associated to suffering, sickening, lack of meaning and, contradictorily, life satisfaction. Nevertheless, it can be noticed the significance of evaluating and deepening in the matter of the health of these professionals and their vision of their labor activities. Thus, it was aimed to analyze the scientific production regarding the work of nursing in the light of Logotherapy. It is an integrative literature review, which aims to reunite and systematize the results of a research on a certain theme. The sample was composed of seven articles, selected on MEDLINE/PubMed; CINAHL; SciVerse Scopus; Web of Science and BVS/BIREME data base, from the crossing of the descriptors: nurses, work and psychotherapy, in Portuguese, English and Spanish languages. The scientific production utilized on the research shows us a high rate of sickness in nurses. The exercise of the function is bringing suffering in these workers constantly. On the other hand, we see this experience being related to personal growth and satisfaction. Therapeutic interventions show themselves to be beneficial in building a meaning to the suffering and satisfaction enhancement for these professionals. |
