| Resumen en portugués brasileño: | O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral investigar como se dá a atuação voluntária do profissional de Secretariado Executivo em uma instituição do Terceiro Setor. Para tal fim, escolheu-se uma instituição sem fins lucrativos, denominada Centro de Valorização da Vida. Por meio de análise documental, foram relacionadas as atribuições específicas previstas pela instituição para a Comissão de Secretaria, caracterizando assim a prática secretarial adotada pela organização pesquisada. Para consecução do objetivo foi realizada inicialmente uma pesquisa bibliográfica, para a contextualização do Terceiro Setor. Num segundo momento realizou-se uma pesquisa documental, meio pelo qual foi possível relacionar a prática secretarial da instituição. Por fim foi realizada entrevista com 03 (três) voluntários que compõem a Comissão de Secretaria Centro de Valorização da Vida em Fortaleza, Ceará. Após a análise dos resultados, inferiu-se que a prática secretarial desenvolvida na instituição investigada, em termos gerais, não difere daquela previstas pela Lei nº 9.261/96, ou seja, da prática secretarial prevista pela Legislação brasileira. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to investigate how general volunteering gives the professional the Executive Secretariat in an institution of the Third Sector. To this end, we chose a non-profit organization called Center for the Enhancement of Life. Through documentary analysis, were related to the specific functions provided by the institution to the Commission Secretariat, thus characterizing the secretarial practice adopted by the organization studied. To achieve the goal was initially performed a literature search, to contextualize the Third Sector. In a second stage there was a documentary research, the means by which it was possible to relate the secretarial practice of the institution. Finally he was interviewing three (03) volunteers who make up the Committee of Secretariat of Life Enhancement Center in Fortaleza, Ceará. After analyzing the results, we inferred that the practice developed by the institution secretarial investigated in general terms, no different from that envisaged by Law No. 9.261/96, or secretarial practice provided by the Brazilian legislation. |
