dc.description.abstractIt briefly analyzes the history of the Labor Law and the Labor Justice in the world. It specifically approaches the evolution of the Labor Justice in Brazil, since the first manifestations until the current days. It presents the concept of work relation, showing its main species, as the employment relationship. It makes a brief exposition of the ability concept and its classification. It carries through a study concerning the new competency of the Labor Justice, approaching the reaching of the terms included in art. 114, I of the Federal Constitution of 1988, which sets this competency. It presents diverse positionings of the doctrine and jurisprudence.pt_BR
