| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | As teses e dissertações são importantes fontes de informação científica e tecnológica produzidas pelas Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES). No Brasil, há importantes repositórios de teses e dissertações: aBiblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD) do Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT) e Banco de Teses da Coordenadoria de Aperfeiçoamento de Apoio a Pessoa de Nível Superior (CAPES). Objetivou-se apresentar os registros numéricos da produção acadêmica de pós-graduação stricto sensu que abordam os temas gênero e sexualidade nos repositórios de teses e dissertações da CAPES e IBICT. Trata-se de pesquisa exploratória descritiva com abordagem no método bibliométrico, efetuou-se busca com os descritores “gênero” e “sexualidade”, nos repositórios supracitados, num lapso temporal de dez anos (2004-2014) na BDTD do IBICT e de 2010 a 2013 no Banco de Teses da CAPES. Os resultados mostram o seguinte de produções acadêmicas abordando os temas: no repositório BDTD do IBICT encontrou-se 420 teses, representando 0,62% do total de 67.575 e 798 dissertações, representando 0,39% do total de 204.473, enquanto que no Banco de Teses da CAPES foram encontradas 163 teses e percentual de 0,30% com base nas 53.213 e de 504 dissertações e percentual de 0,27% com base nas 182.296. |
| Abstract: | Theses and dissertations are important sources of scientific and technological information produced by Higher Education Institutions. In Brazil, there are important repositories of theses and dissertations: the Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) of the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (IBICT) and the Bank of Thesis of the Coordination of Improvement of Support to Higher Education Person (CAPES ). The aim of this study was to present the numerical records of graduate academic production strictosensu that address the themes gender and sexuality in thesis repositories and dissertations of CAPES and IBICT. This is a descriptive exploratory research with a bibliometric approach, searching the descriptors "gender" and "sexuality", in the aforementioned repositories, in a time span of ten years (2004-2014) in the BDTD of IBICT and 2010 a 2013 at the CAPES Thesis Bank. The results show the following of academic productions addressing the themes: in the IBICT BDTD repository were 420 theses, representing 0.62% of the total of 67,575 and 798 dissertations, representing 0.39% of the total of 204,473, while in the Bank of Theses of CAPES were 163 theses and a percentage of 0.30% based on 53,213 and 504 dissertations and a percentage of 0.27% based on 182,296. |
