| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | Neste trabalho, discutimos o conceito de intertextualidade proposto por Sant’Anna (2003) especificamente por meio da caracterização dos eixos parafrástico e parodístico da linguagem, refletindo sobre as relações que o autor tece com alguns pressupostos da teoria psicanalítica. Desenvolvemos a ideia de Sant’Anna de que o eixo parodístico é uma reapresentação do que tinha sido recalcado pelo sujeito, ou seja, uma maneira inteiramente nova e diferente de ler o convencional, de tomar consciência e de liberar o discurso. Conforme o autor, nas paródias encontramos mais do que uma função de humor e crítica, pois elas expressam um desejo que foi recalcado pelo sujeito e que, através dos processos parodísticos, pôde se manifestar. |
| Abstract: | In this work the concept of intertextuality proposed by Sant’Anna (2003) is discussed specifi cally through the characterization of the paraphrastic and parodystic axes of the language, reflecting on relations that the author elaborates with some assumptions of the psychoanalytic theory. We developed the Sant’Anna’s idea that the parodystic axis is a re-presentation of what had been repressed by the subject, i.e., an entirely new and different way of reading the conventional, of becoming aware and of releasing the speech. According to Sant’Anna, in parodies there is more than the functions of humor and criticism because they express a desire that the subject repressed and could be expressed through the parodystic processes. |
