| Abstract in Brazilian Portuguese: | O artigo examina o sistema de proteção à relação de emprego vigente no Brasil, previsto na Constituição federal de 1988, mas sem efetividade até os dias de hoje por falta de previsão infraconstitucional, como determinado pela própria Carta. É abordada, também, a questão do emprego e da sua proteção neste período de crise internacional surgido ao final de 2008. |
| Abstract: | This paper analyses the labor relation protection system in force in Brazil, foreseen in the 1988 Federal Constitution Bill, but still without effectiveness on account of the absence of infraconstitutional legislation already determined by the Bill. It also contains an approach of the labor relation and its legal protection in the period of the world crisis arisen by the end of 2008. |
