Avaliação de um esquema de incentivos financeiros na construção civil: estudo de caso

Abstract

In this paper it is studied a financial incentive scheme operated by a construction firm on building sites. Through regression analysis, an exploratory study was made in order to find the relationship between wages, labour costs, and labour productivity, regarding to an activity present on firm’s building sites. The final conclusion indicates that the incentive scheme like used by the firm studied in this work, contributes to productivity improvement and labour costs reduction.
