Estudo observacional da formação das lideranças e as relações de poder no filme Die Welle (A Onda)

Abstract

This paper presents an observation about the leadership and power themes through the observational study of Die Welle (The Wave). The choice of these themes has the motivation to be subjects in constant use and studies within the society. In the current context of a market where the leader's need becomes increasingly effective, as well as the relationship of his power to the collective. The general objective of this work is to analyze the formation and performance of the leadership and power relations presented in the film Die Welle (The Wave). Firstly, a review is made of the theories, beginning with the study of organizational leadership, punctuality, history and seeking to contextualize concepts offering the basis for the orientation of narrative analysis. Subsequently, a section contextualizing the relations of power, history and punctualities in the social and organizational scope. Subsequently, the film will be analyzed in a qualitative way based on the observations of the theoretical references, punctuating and correlating the leadership actions and relations of power occurred in the film. There will be a confrontation between the theories and the scenes of the film. As a result, it is reach theories of autocratic, liberal, and democratic leadership are compatible with the actions of the characters. This concludes that the theory is directly correlated with the forms of leadership and power presented in the film. However, directing the film is for authoritative leadership, leading to more focused observation for this style.
