Análise da geração de notas fiscais por bairro a partir de dados da RAIS e da SEFAZ

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the generation of invoices in the city of Fortaleza based on data from SEFAZ-CE and RAIS. For this, first, a contextualization is made. The importance and difficulties of obtaining data and processing data for the study of phenomena related to urban planning are presented. Some concepts about urban freight transport are presented, with emphasis on the generation of freight trips and their connection with fiscal documents. In addition, concepts about empirical models and linear regression are presented. With the data obtained and organized, an exploratory analysis was carried out to understand how the distribution of companies, jobs and the issuance and attraction of invoices by the city of Fortaleza were carried out and linear regression models were developed to describe the generation of invoices for the CNAEs that issued the most invoices and for those that attracted the most invoices, the process is detailed in the method. Subsequently, the results are presented for the exploratory analysis and for the linear regression models developed, and finally, the conclusions of the work and the suggestions for future work are presented.
