The pisciculture is a natural activity to produce noble food of high nutritional value and low cost. This research focuses on the diagnosis of the productive chain of the tilapia pisciculture in the valley of Curu in the state of Ceara. The objective is to identify threats, weaknesses and the interdependence inside the production chain that hamper the development of the tilapia culture. The method used was based on bibliografy and documents research, characterized also as being a mixture of exploratory, descriptive and field applied research. Results were obtained through interviews with farmers, producers of fingerlings, feed producers, researchers, and government agencies. It is possible to conclude that the research led to the resolution of the issue-problem with the proposed actions for the improvement of public policies for fish farming, aimed at social inclusion, income distribution and production with environmental sustainability. The study area is located in Fortaleza, in Ceará, which is characterized by an increasing demand for organic products, but we detected a lack of analysis on the structure of distribution channels. The methodology developed in this study is classified as exploratory, descriptive, qualitative multiple case studies. It was concluded that the market is with an acceptable degree of organization and development. The structures of the supply chain of organic products marketed differ according to the type of product sold (Fruits and Vegetables - FLV or processed) and the size of the establishment. Under the aspect of the structure of the distribution channel of products FLV is configured, the retailers surveyed, indirect channel marketing through short, while marketing the processed product is formed through an indirect channel for long. Finally, as to viability, it was concluded that the activity of marketing of organic products in Fortaleza is economically profitable and influences in the manufacture of products that guarantees citizenship, distributive justice, and Fair Trade (FT). The situation of rural school transportation in the interior of the state of Ceará is not different from other states in Brazil. Points in common include the precariousness of the fleet, lack of security in transporting students, inadequate localization of the schools and students who leave school before completing all grades, among other aspects which hinder the access students who come from rural areas have to teaching units. This paper seeks to critically analyze the support infra-structure provided for students from primary and secondary school and the rural school transportation system. It will focus on the districts in the municipality of Trairi, CE. The work methodology adopted in this study is an exploratory-investigative approach, based on bibliographical research and field work. The analyses done about the access students have to the teaching network in the rural zone show that difficulties persist, even when a school vehicle is available. It is perceived in this study that the challenge is not simply transporting students, but rather the need to manage interaction between infra-structure sectors and the rural school transportation in order for information to be shared, even though they are not satisfactory at first. One searched to study forms to work the question of the devolutions being aimed at to reduce the number of solid residues in the environment and the decurrent ambient impacts of these devolutions. It rests on Logistic theoretical base in reverse and ambient responsibility. It is studied, initially, the importance, the benefits and the implications of reverse logistic, for after that presenting its evolution and processes. Its strategical objectives, the logistic cycle reverse and the logistic canals of distribution are presented reverse, with emphasis in the canals reverses of after-sell. A parallel between the reverse logistic and the Logistic Green becomes, presents evaluation on recycling, devolutions of products. In what it says respect to the ambient questions present evaluation on ambient conscience and ambient decorative clasp, of its beginning to the current moment. Also the question of the ambient responsibility and the conservation of the environment are studied. After that one searchs to bring these subjects for the particular case of the electro-electronic, sector and particularly for the case of the company Mallory of Grupo Taurus in Brazil. The carried through analysis showed that it also has lack of literature and of research and studies as for reverse logistic of after sell and particularly of the impacts of deriving goods of the electro-electronic sector. As result was gotten that the devolutions most of the time are made without criterion some and generate some social and ambient impacts in such a way, but with the focus in partnerships of manufacturers, retailers and the awareness of the consumers some improvements can be generated and be implanted as it was suggested in the research. One expects that this work serves as subsidy and incentive for other works that deal with the relation between Logistic of the Organizations, with objective in the reverse Logistic, Green Logistic and half-environment. In methodology terms, the research characterizes as theoretician-empiricist, of applied nature, with a predominantly qualitative boarding, of explore and not experimental character.
