Additionally, this study sought to establish within this institution, if the results obtained after the implementation of the school management system called project “Jovem de Futuro - JF" (Young Future project - YF) which is developed by "Unibanco" Institute in partnership with the Ministry of Education (MEC, acronym in portuguese) MEC) and the Department Basic Education of the State of Ceará, (SEDUC-CE, acronym in portuguese) brought real improvements in the form of the coordinators assist in the management of the school aiming to show its performance in the context of the overall management results also providing subsidies to professional coordination of other schools so that they can better understand the duties of the position and so that they can improve their work from the attitudes of management. This research was structured through semi-structured open interviews combined with questionnaires directed that were answered by the administrative management of the school (principal and coordinators), teachers, head teachers of areas (PCAs, acronym in portuguese), and students in order to obtain results to generate discussion relevant on the figures presented.
