Abstract: his article presents a report of an experience on prototyping in the context of
a workshop with young people from a low income community. The objectives were to
introduce young people to the importance of prototyping a product before developing it
and teaching prototyping in a participatory way, involving possible users of the
product. The activity was carried out in six stages, using some participatory techniques.
The results indicate that, even with some limitations, it was possible to achieve the
proposed objectives, involving young people in a participatory way in prototyping the
product, generating creative ideas.

Abstract: This article presents a mobile application called ABC Illustrated,
developed to assist pre-school teachers and elementary school teachers in the
classroom, enabling the teaching and learning of the alphabet for children in
preschool or in the 1st year of elementary school aged 3 to 6 years, teaching
several words that are made available in the application. The Illustrated ABC
seeks to explore the knowledge of the alphabet, in addition to other concepts of
children's daily life such as fruits, means of transportation, human body,
colors, geometric shapes, numbers and animals, aiming to help in teaching
and learning of children who are in the literacy phase in a fun and playful
way.

Abstract: Research to promote Computational Thinking has become more and
more frequent. However, these studies have been focusing only on technical and
learning aspects, leaving sociocultural aspects of the students’ context aside.
Therefore, a systematic mapping of the literature was carried out to investigate
if and how the socio-cultural context of the students is being addressed in the
initiatives to teach of Computational Thinking. From the selected articles it was
found that the context of the students is being addressed, yet there is still a small
number of studies that mention this condition. Thus we present an alternative to
consider these aspects in initiatives to teach Computational Thinking.

Abstract: This article describes the process of developing a Mathematics
teaching game containing the contents of the four basic operations. The
research highlights the importance of educational games for this context as a
way to minimize learning difficulties. The game "Operation Monster" aligns
playful aspects to promote learning in a fun way. Designing educational
solutions based on learning objectives, in addition to relating special events
and design implications in the interface, contribute to the acceptance of
serious games.
