We will study such aspects as general training of French Central Schools, the challenges presented in the academic day-to-day routine as well as subjective issues such as the development of maturity and autonomy of young people in formation. This analysis was made possible through the twenty interviews conceded by participants of the program, the reading of the agreement documents and the updating of the sociology of education bibliography.
