Abstract: This article was written based on promoting a &#xD;
remote workshop about the Mendeley Reference &#xD;
Manager, as part of the VI Seminário &#xD;
Internacional de Informação para a Saúde&#xD;
(SINFORGEDS 2021). In this respect, it was &#xD;
established three objectives, which are:&#xD;
describing the steps that made possible the &#xD;
development of a script for producing an &#xD;
instructional video; introducing the new &#xD;
dashboard of the Mendeley Reference Manager; &#xD;
and proposing a content description to the &#xD;
instructional video and also its search on online &#xD;
catalog. The methodology consisted of three &#xD;
steps: by planning a remote workshop on Google &#xD;
Meet; an exploratory study on Mendeley; and by &#xD;
describing the audiovisual content which was &#xD;
recorded from Google Meet and, after that,&#xD;
available on YouTube. As results, the article &#xD;
presents some dimensions and guidelines to &#xD;
draw up a remote workshop; a summary of the &#xD;
Mendeley Reference Manager features; and the&#xD;
description of each topic on Mendeley,&#xD;
categorized on YouTube and also on Online &#xD;
Public Access Catalog (OPAC). At the end, the &#xD;
article concludes that Mendeley is an important &#xD;
tool which is available to carry academic &#xD;
activities out, such as editing, sharing, importing &#xD;
and exporting citations and references.

Abstract: Digital information and communication &#xD;
technologies (DICT) were and are being great &#xD;
allies of Education in the context of the pandemic. &#xD;
In this way, not only the classes provided for in &#xD;
the curricula were adapted to the remote model, &#xD;
but also most of the events and meetings, &#xD;
especially those of a scientific nature. This is an &#xD;
experience report, through which the details of &#xD;
how the breakout rooms (simultaneous rooms) &#xD;
of Google Meet were used as a strategy to &#xD;
facilitate a workshop held at the VI International &#xD;
Seminar on Health Information (SINFORGEDS). &#xD;
The remote inverted classroom strategy was &#xD;
used, with prior delivery of content to the &#xD;
participants, who developed, in a remote, &#xD;
synchronous, and collaborative way, digital &#xD;
educational resources, with the tools Canva, &#xD;
Google Sites, Google Forms and PowerPoint &#xD;
online, divided into simultaneous themed rooms &#xD;
through Google Meet. Participants registered &#xD;
satisfaction with the adopted strategy, &#xD;
excitement with the practical experimentation of &#xD;
what they had learned, and with the interaction &#xD;
with the facilitators, and were eager to explore &#xD;
the tools in the other thematic rooms. Future &#xD;
workshop offerings should be planned in a way &#xD;
that promotes the full experience for &#xD;
participants.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics, &#xD;
potentials and challenges for using Google &#xD;
Classroom as an environment for carrying out &#xD;
activities in the Distance Education modality. In &#xD;
addition, some examples of the use of this &#xD;
platform are briefly exposed. The work has a &#xD;
qualitative character and is based on &#xD;
bibliographical and documental analysis. He also &#xD;
made use of netnography for data collection. It &#xD;
concludes by pointing out aspects that positively &#xD;
impact the adoption of Google Classroom and also &#xD;
points out points that need more attention about &#xD;
the platform.
